How to make this synth (ROTO) ?

I'm using fl10, i spend a lot of times trying to reproduce the main bass in this drop with massive :

Roto is on reason maybe it can explain i cant get this sound with massive ?

Can someone help me please ?

I try with massive + Vst such as Effectrix / Wow / Bifilter2 .
But can get this sound

Hey, There's multiple threads in this Sound Design sub-fourm for the "riddim" sound in Reason and in Massive. But to get the closest replica of this you'll need to use Reason. And if I recall there's a thread that goes into great detail on how to make this sort of bass in Reason. Ah yes it was this thread http://www.dubstepforum.com/viewtopic.php?f=63&t=271706. These sounds are quit similar so your best bet is following that and tweaking it to your liking. As for massive Massive if you search for a metallic sound thread you'll find one and if I recall it's strong metallic "riddim"-ish sound. Will try it on reason because i can get some metallic sound with massive + plugins but i can't get the same color of sound as the tunes i posted.
Its a similar color than Megalodon synths (he used reason too).
Maybe due to synth or effect in this daw.

Been trying to get this synth for days now and im getting a bit closer. Tried it mainly in massive but ill try in fm8 soon because seems like it would be reasonable for this kind of harsh sound.
