another how do i maked sound thread

i know this forums full of these threads but i really cant work out how theyve made this sub so LARGE sounding but still super clean...
have they layered some other oscillator on top or what?

Yeah, it's probably just heavily saturated then LPed off any annoying high frequencies.

agree on the saturation though, that's not a standard sine wave. (or at least it doesn't sound like one on my crappy headphones / monitors)

I didn't listen to the tune you've linked, but the cleanest sub you can get is just a sine wave.
