That squelchy high passed hip-hop synth

The lead that starts at like 0:22



Been messing around with massive's high pass with a high resonance (to get that fluttery sound) on a saw, and it gets the same sort of movement, but lacks any of the thick gooey-ness (phaser?) that the one in that video has and instead sounds very thin and white noisy.

This seems like a pretty basic sound and i'm not sure why I'm having trouble with it.

Suggestions?

Try detuning 2 saw waves slightly for the phasery sound. Also, the weird wibbleness can be gotten by putting an LFO on either cutoff or resonance.
