1) download vengeance sample pack
2) open synth one shots folder
3) drag any of them into DAW
4) arrange in pattern that's been used 1000000 times before
5) turn up reverb send

but really, take the standard saw waves, LPF, reso, reverb, and put an envelope on cutoff filter or something, mess around with it until it gets that percussive sound.

link an envelope to the pitch with really short decay and no sustain... then apply parallel compression with short attack from roughly 10-20 ms to make it really plucky

Sounds like some of the stuff i used to get when i circuit bent my Korg Monotron..
I would avoid using Vengeance sample packs, everyone knows where you got it from, because everyone owns it.
