This program can analyze a file and track individual partials, pretty neat stuff.

It allows all sorts of transforms like pitch shifting, amplitude editing and time stretching.

You can also delete separate partials and choose different resynthesis options.

It isn't always 100 percent accurate like Harmor but it is standalone which can sometimes be nice and it allows more control over individual partials than Harmor does.
