youve got the ideas right. But your sounds arent even opposites. what i mean by that, is they are so far apart, that they cant even be considered opposites, because that would still have melodic context. I suggest some music theory lessons.

the sounds were good though, and if they were in two different songs, they would be much better. The drop fits a much bouncier song and the intro etc could be used for a song with a gaming type of drop. like mario, but instead of that, try sampling your favorite game and then turning that into the drop sounds.

sampling is fun :)
I run Ableton 8.3 LEGIT
and Massive by Native Instruments on a Toshiba with 2 ghz 3 GB Ram and 300 Gigs of space ;)
