How would I make this type of lead heard at the drop? You guys always point me in the right direction.

To be honest, it sounds like Must Die's lazer, but the note is played fast.

Bit of a variation on a standard hard skism/skrillexish/zomboy synth. Utilizes the whole '2 sine oscs pitched 3 to 4 octaves apart with some distortion' trick. Fast attack, plenty of release and reverb. Be easy to get something similar, maybe a bit harder to get exact since we don't know what processing was involved.
