The fence climbing just did it for me.

Dhalsim has to get points for coolness as well.

Blanka wasn't in the original Street Fighter.
The roster was Adon, Birdie, Eagle, Geki, Gen, Joe, Ken, Lee, Mike, Retsu, Ryu, and Sagat.
