in v3. Nuendo has control room and 5.1 and more video capabilities(not sure what they are)

SX3 is the exactly same apart from those features. to my knowledge anyway

I hard nuendo is better for creating more baseline kinda tracks!

The sound engine has a more powerful low end in it.

it has the same audio engine as cubase the only difference is video editing
and i think there is more routing options in nuendo, and the interface is more pleasing on the eye

They both have similar engines, not alot of difference bar software features, Cubase SX3 is my choice.

audio engine is the same besides 5.1..

cubase tracks even open in nuendo and vice versa.

ppl using SX3 should really be using nuendo 3 as its closer to cubase 4 than SX3 is!!!! control room is the extended routing your talking about.. direct rip from nuendo3
