i'm not sure if it's just me, but whenever i use logic's autofilter, if it's an lfo, it seems to just go out of time for no apparent reason, giving the sound a pop, even if i'm automating the cutoff manually it gives the sound some strange artifacts.
anyone have any idea's about this?
more importantly, anyone have any recommendations for a good, free, filter with all of the filter types? LFO's aren't important, it being free is however.
Filter's (logic's autofilter, why so bad?)

Might wanna look into something like LFO Tool. It's "free" if you have no soul.
Otherwise it's 50 bucks: http://www.xferrecords.com/products
