Record your own. Try Prime Loops, Loop Masters etc. Google.

I must be way out of the loop. Don't listen to a lot of trap but are you looking for something that says "Trap" or are you just looking for interesting vocal samples shouting random things? If the latter is the case then really you can find them just about anywhere. If you have a mic and a vocoder you can do them yourself and add some interesting effects to it. Or you can just go in dry. Whatever works.
