I like the whole tribal theme, Badass vibe.

I would pump up your drums though, they sound a lil bit flat/hollow (but I get where you were going with em') and maybe have the bass expand into the right ear a little more, it seems to love my left one a lot more.

I agree with Graydon, very tribal. For me i feel like that sub is almost too subtle, like i can hear it real good when i turn my sub on but if i just have my monitors its audible, but maybe just a little hidden under the rest of the mix - tight song mang

I actually had the subs panned a bit left yes (because of an effect I liked a lot). When I was listening this track on headphones when I was working on it, I could hear it being a little weird, but on the monitors though, it was nice and enough balanced for me at least. So still I decided to export 2 sub tracks, one without any treatment, which I decided to leave, and one with treatment, which is in this track.

I guess I could try to make one with a tightly centered sub and pump up the drums? What do you guys mean with the drums? Snares don't have enough low end? bassdrum? overall?

Oh. I actually listened the track in soundcloud and it really makes the sub quieter and some sounds are just not there. oh well. :D

like the ideas but everything sounds really flat, tribal tunes are some of my favourites and your percussion sounds really muffled, tunes like Tunnidge - Tribe and and J Robinson - The Maasai work so well because their percussion pops.

All that melts away when the lights are down and the bass is up.

i enjoy the drowned out/next door effect you've got going on with the percussion. i guess they could be compressed a tad bit more for "loudness". the subtle harmonics sit in very nicely with everything. almost sounds like a church organ?

like the 2nd drop business!

the sub is real nice, i would say its a bit too low-pass'd for regular monitors/speakers. (i'm listening on some logitechs with a sub...)

Solid tune as ever mate, agree with riddles about the percussion though it could be a bit brighter and have more of a pop to it, can you send me a copy?
