who gives a fuck about another thread

please post good anime, a good 90% of what I've seen is rubbish. Too much playing to fan boys and not enough originality. It's one of these things I've really tried to like, you know, but can't because it's mostly tosh.

unless u know where to look

finding a decent anime is like snorkeling through a river of diarrhea for a month and finding one pearl

Same with dubstep, but you don't have the snorkel. You basically die of ingesting shit before you even come close to a pearl.

I don't know what makes something anime or not, but I like Paprika, Ghost in the Shell and a lot of Miyazaki films.

Monster (2001) - best anime series I've seen, it's pretty long though.

http://myanimelist.net/anime/19/Monster

Set in Germany.
