heavy lead synth, how to?

hey guys.
I've been searching for a while now for anything similar to the heavy lead for eg borgore uses in "body and soul" Soundcloud or in "new gore order" Soundcloud (btw i was a really big fan of his music back in the days, when it was more metal influenced, haha). i really have no idea how to create such a high pitched lead.
would be nice if someone can help!

two sine waves with 4 octaves inbetween (+24, -24), any filter with some ressonance on it (if you're in massive, scream filter: cutoff 1o'clock, scream 1o'clock, ressonance 11o'clock), distortion, waveshaper (Massive: Parabolic Shaper - D/W+Drive = 100%). Play C3 boom

works pretty good, now you only need to personalize the sound a little bit. ill try and post if i found some good settings
