I don't think so. The closest so far is probably Neil Landstrum, an old school techno producer who has been doing some dubstepy/grime/breakbeat stuff lately. He's got something coming out on Planet Mu I believe.

Some locals who may be added to the festival line up have been known to add a few dubstep tracks into their sets: Ronin Selecta and Jared Wilson. We'll see how things shake out once Paxahau releases the list of which locals are playing.

i will be reppin in the d for sure. i haven't been to demf since 2000. i heard plastikman, carl craig, derrick may, kevin saunderson, derrick carter, etc.. etc.. will be playing. heavy detroit vibes for sure. should be an excellent time, anyone who can go, should.

Good to see some more out of towners coming in for the festival considering the late line-up accouncement. I know you've been here before but if you got any questions about detroit or need some help then just let me know.

Detroit is the gritty capital..... great dirrty scene and underground music everywhere!! Only the heads go to this festival... all the galm-bots and scenesters are too scared to visit the D... that's what's so great about it.

Take the WMC in Miami; remove the dress code and make it dirty and dangerous, then throw parties in boarded-up buildings!!

Detroit is so damn lawless!!! EXCEPT out on the roads.... DO NOT DUI!!!

The festival is a great time... but it's the after hours that makes this weekend so special...

DETROIT = ANYTHING GOES

I just spent the last three days in Detroit and had another realization about this great city....

BEST STRIP JOINTS IN THE WORLD!!!!

especially on Mondays and Tuesdays... we had a blast and the bitches are freakin' hotttt!!!

bonus comment: the not-so-hot girls are pretty cool...
