How do I replicate the bass from "The Widdler - Dank Dub"?

Not really my type of sound but If I were to guess, would go with a triangle wave + bandpass or lowpass filter + high resonance + LFO on cutoff (or draw the automation manually) to make the filter open up just a bit + maybe some effects to create a feeling of space (flanger/reallly short reverb/unison etc.) + sub layer on the bottom, with LFO on volume. Other option would be using any synth capable of fm and use just one carrier and one modulator with LFO on the fm amount instead.
