Take this with a good grain of salt, because I'm a bit hungover and the heating unit is loud as shit.
I like the ideas you've got going here. Good vibe, good rhythm, and good sounds.
However, I think the hi hats/shakers in the beginning (first minute or so) are too loud, and the rain is a touch too loud, around the same time. I think you could do well to turn up the synths a touch, and make the sub a bit more audible. I can feel it, the impact is there, but I keep questioning whether it's meant to be mainly felt, or also heard a bit as well. (could be because of this damned heater though...)
All in all, I liked it though.

agreed with the rain being to high in the mix and giving the sub a bit more character. since there isnt much going on melody wise i think you should focus on that sub/bass standing out more. maybe you can also modulate the vocal sample on the second half of the track to keep things interesting.
