Vocal/Whisper/Noise Atmos Thing

I don't think it's blur, at least not the meat of it. Might be though.

Hearing it again now, it does sound like a blur sort of this. I'd still like to know all of your opinions. Is it a vocal? Cleverly filtered noise? An effect? A mixture of all three?

And while we're at it, could we talk about how fucking MEATY the two main basses in these songs are?

sounds like a filtered vocal with reverb and sidechain

it's just white noise, vocal breath or the tail of a cymbal crash with huge amounts of reverb on it and sidechained. you can eq/filter/add effects at your own discretion.
