so ridiculous.
9's set was a disgrace. does anyone know what that first tune was? and im not entirely sure if this was the same one, but one with the female vocal that goes "sweet love... sweeeet lurrrve, ... never gone away..." etc?
bare deep gurley i never heard before. then peaking with some very big very bashy garage, energy levels were stupid
the bug terrorised it
the venue was unbelievable, such a find
many many props

favourite moment; mc calling for reload on poison dart at start of the bug's set; the bug just lets the bass drop fully, that shut up mc.
kode 9 set berry good (his anti-rewind tactic - just pause it for a second then let it carry on), much enjoyment all round

Wrong thread before so I'll just paste it
''LARGE
All dubstep nights should follow this model:
- Sofas at back which vibrate in time to the music
- Billing and smoking on the dancefloor = a.o.k
- DJ's don't play the same boring selections every time
- D Double
- Kode 9 plays a garage set and every tune gets wheeled because every tune is DIRT
- The Bug plays Gash Dem, Youth So Cold and some mad Vybz tune followed by Jah War, Skeng etc. etc... Oh, and I Love U Exclamation
- Tronman wrecks it up not once but twice- ridiculous mixing skills
- Stone Cold and that Miss Dynamite tune get battered
- I get even more battered, and almost pass out on the sofa at the back which vibrates in time to the music
ALSO- Anti Social were BIG, as was Deapoh... Scientist just rolled out proper tunes one afer the other. Tubby was sick. The wobblers were also big and could be appreciated to the full because not every tune was a fucking wobbler lol
And the vibes were huge on the stage for the Kode set... and in general.
Biggup anyone I saw
When is the next one?''

so much good music all night, energy levels were up there. united vibez were amazing, a lesson in groove. nuff el-b tunes.. but KMA - Cape Fear was the one! deapoh come with the blends droppin tunes across the board.
quest and silkie tore it. that last tune which was apparently a mala, quest & silkie tune was weight. kode9 - speechless. best live set of this year by far!!! it will all come back to me over the next few days but at the mo its just some hyped up blurr. the bug had so many sick tunes, like that mental lady stush thing and those poison dart versions. tubby and double were stank, scientist is so on point with his mixing its depressing, best dj in dubstep technically if u ask me! i thought the sound in both rooms was pretty consistent all night which i was happy with, seeing as there were many problems at the last 2 parties.
didnt manage to catch much of what was going on in room 2 but it was pretty rammed all night with a nice bit of weight to the system.. what i saw of faggatronix and darkstar was sick.
out to the H.O.D bringin amaretto to the dance! not an everyday ting. out to the smokers-your time. did anyone find the 'free shop'? there was a room full of jackets, shirts and hats that were for the taking.. some computer stuff and a few stereo bits & bobs aswell..
to the twats who set the toilets on fire-one word-foolish
big up the hench dog, the spangled geezer who looked like a cross between wurzel gummidge and swampy, the heavy artwork around the walls, the notts crew, the london crew, all crew on the stage and on the floor!
