Hey, first I am not a Glitch-hop expert I don't make this kind of music but I do listen to it a little bit.
First your drums sounds the part and sound good. The overall composition/arrangement thing is alright but it lacks sonically. The synth lead has a nice timbre but it sounds very weak. Layer it up and also use some distortion. The piano playing the chords sounds very dry. There is no depth. Use some reverb, chorus/unison, delay, etc.
