shenmue (first one, haven't played the second).

the dreamcast was piss poor in general, what an absolute stormer of a game though. most addictive thing i have ever played. totally enthralling.

don't mean to be a thread pooper, just thought i'd give you a whole lot of reading up on others top games. peeps on this here forum have some good taste and in depth knowledge, especially boh peep, she makes my gaming wisdom seem amateurish.

here's a few of mine all the same (imho of course):
secret of mana...best classic game ever.
ico.....best dream i never had.
gitaroo man...best game i will never complete. and hate. yet love dearly.
resident evil 4...best modern action game (i don't like modern action games so that means a lot to have it in this list).
metroid prime series...the best of which i can't decide...all sick.
ocarina of time...best adventurey gamey type thingy (best explanation ever!).
smash bros (all versions)...best game ever .full stop. this is not imho. this is fact. learn.
