How to upload mixes

Hiya, new to the site and have some alright mixes I wouldnt mind sharing with fellow dubsters...
how do I upload a mix I have done to this site? do all files ahve to be MP3?

the way i do is to use something like divshare.com or sendspace.com, u search the mix on your computer then upload it and then you'l get a link that u can put up on the forum and people can then download it from that site. im not very good at explaining sorry if that didnt make any sense

You can find someone to host it for you (that way it will be permanent), I think Gotdarker.com is hosting still.

Nice one thanks for the info will look into this weekend and fingers crossed will post up a mix.
