its strange cos when ever i download anything it takes about 10mins for the whole set??


I think its because when everyone goes to download at the same time and there is loads of traffic?

True, we (well I do anyway) use ITunes or some other RSS client that will poll the feed every x hours and pull down the latest mixes. If lots of people are doing the same, then they will all be grabbing it at the same time. That'll be what will bring the server to its knees (effectively a DDOS).

Of course if Rinse had loads of cash to invest they could get round this by investing in the infrastucture, but I don't expect they have.
