I know its not dubstep but still I need advice...

Looking at buying one in the next few weeks but I dunno which...

I know some of you have them so what's the verdict?

Xbox360 standard!!

So much better games and stuff and just, like, we at the getdarker camp has one, so do loads of other people!!!

Got to disagree, after having played all 3 consoles, Wii / PS3 / 360 ..... IMO I'd go for a PS3 now theres more games out of a high standard.

360 is good for online gaming with mates, hardly any of my mates have PS3.

360 has more games.
and mor egood ones.
FORZA, HALO, etc.
and also games are being made for 360 and ported to PS3 beacuse of cost
so 360 have better framerates etc.

defo.. games that were being built exclusivly for Ps3 came over to xbox360 and got a quicker release date too.

bare games, great support, bare interactivity with other things.. (tv shows, msn, linking ur computer etc), and yeah.. defo all about the online thing..
Had my 360 for a year before i signed up.. def blew me away how much it opens the system up.

better games
more quality games
new dashboard update lets me stream divx movies from my pc
movies to rent on marketplace
IPTV probably coming to UK sometime next yr

Against though: its like having a little generator in the corner of the room, the dvd drive is ridiculously loud.

if you do get a ps3, whatever you do don't get the cut down 40gig version because it's fucking shite

What games do you want to play?

Are these games on the PS3 or 360?

If the games are lame arsed EA shite, then they're on both systems and it doesn't matter.

Neither system has been fully exploited from a dev standpoint yet. But, from what I've seen, the PS3 is difficult to dev for (as is all Sony hardware) but will yield more impressive results over time as the devs get more time with the system.

not using sony again.. after they took my $$ for ps2.. said it was a dvd player.. then it burned out.. the reason they said? because i'd been using it as a dvd player. *bastardos*

anywho..

i luv my xbox.
and now that it plays divx i have no need for the hi-def dvd player attachment. Bladow!

Nah. I hate them and their shit games. A lot of mates went to work there and now wish they hadn't.
