Not sure how much difference there is between each, but, which would be better?
Im guessing cubase studio 4,although not sure how much has been taken out of it, since it is apparently a more budget version of cubase.
i ask because have a new pc arriving ina few days, and want to know which one i should install.
Cubase sx3 or Cubase studio 4?

i'm sticking with SX3 for now due to DX compatibility - they dropped this in 4 & u have to use a DX > VST app to use them & then u can't open old projects to work on as it won't remember settings etc.
i've also read that there are quite a few bugs they need to fix, but then I can't say that SX3 has never crashed on me
