Not trying to offend.....but i'm not feeling it myself.

Don't get me wrong i think its a good interview for people who don't know about dubstep, and of course its good publicity, but round these parts u've got alot of people who are deep into it and would cringe at points whilst listening to that.

For example check out the monster thread on the Caspa and Rusko Fabric CD, u'll find that alot of people in this scene feel that its a misrepresentation of a sound that is a hell of alot broader than the wobble stompers its becoming catagorised by, and indeed are getting the most publicity.

I have to say i didnt think your comment about lots of dubstep is very similar was true at all. Caspa and Rusko do their thing, and do it well, but dig just a little bit deeper and u'll find theres alot more scope to this sound, and alot of exciting innovative music being made. U'll be surprised. Variety is what made dubstep interesting for alot of people, and the fear of unoriginality is ripe.

I hope i haven't come across like a prick in what has turned out to be quite a long message. Just dig a little deeper and try and push a side to this sound that doesn't get the publicity it should, it would help the sound be represented for what it is.

I am sorry that you feel that way about it!
I totaly agree with you that I don't know alot about dubstep, like alot of other people! But I am at least trying to learn!!!!
I do like alot of the sounds that are comming out of Dub Step and getting into the music because In Caspa & Rusko mix CD I heard music that inspired me. I realise that these guys are mainstream but I have discovered lots more Dub Step that I like.

if you ever do a dubstep feature again do not mention scratching lol
also dubstep sounding simerler? erm ... nope. thats the complete oposit to what this scene is about.

but on the whole
i thought it was a very good intervew, and i learnt a lot about caspa and rusko.
