Reason 4 automation question
Hey all. Upgraded to Reason 4 from 3.5 and I can't seem to find a way to automate a delay or a reverb attached to a Thor synth. I used to create a new sequencer track, assign it to the delay, and then record the automation live as I went. The new Reason does not seem to have the "create new sequencer track" option and for the life of me I cant figure out how to do this now. Automation on the synths and everything is greatly improved and working great, just not on the attached effects. Anyone? Thanks.
If you right click somewhere on the reverb effect (for example) there is "Create Track for Reverb ..."
If you right click on any of the knobs - there is "Edit Automation" at the top of the popup menu. This creates the sequencer track automatically, including the appropriate automation sub track for the selected parameter.
