Former PORN THREAD (title changed)
man, the porn ad shit is getting really out of control this week. kind of boring
not that this thread is much more interesting or anything

sorted.
apologies.
we've been hammered with spam recently and we're on it as best as we can be, but obviously there will be days when it will take a bit of time. also, all of us are putting all our spare time into these big forum shows in london. that's no excuse but just a way of saying that it's not an intentional thing on our part whatsoever.
happy new year to all.
cheers.

that's been enabled from day one. every time phpbb updates their code the capcha scripts are defeated within a couple of hours. this is an uphill battle and every phpbb board is dealing with it. either you clamp down too far on registrations to the point that people can barely register, or you open it up a bit and get flooded with spam. we go thru months were we get 1 piece of spam a month, and then months when there's 25 spammers a day.Kastor wrote:Captcha when signing-up isn't possible?seckle wrote:sorted.
