Think this is the fat snare you needed for Grit Trench. Like the sample, vaguely art of noisish, but it sounds raw and different, so GOOD THING. Wasn't too sure about the piano bit, think it might have sounded better with a more mellow rhodes sound.

Wondering whether a hook might help it out a bit, the elements are all there, but it needs more motion in the arrangement. Maybe add some subtle drum changes to bring the sections out better. Like it anyhow, look forward to the finished product

Cheers man, been lazy on my drums lately. Gonna do more variation on the drums in this track. Hate making breaks, so fuking boring. But to be fair it's best to practise your weaknesses. Defiantly feel my breaks are my main weak point. Just gonna focus on getting my breaks tight for now on, been getting some really good tips lately, so need to put them into practice really. Also i wanna tighten up on my general mixdowns aswell. Practice, Practice, Practice!!!
