unless you're a personal friend of the producer, or a big DJ who will play out their tunes regularly to a large-ish crowd, chances are you won't get the CD/WAV file off them to cut to dub, i dunno whether you fit either of those descriptions but i would say the best way is to talk to some of the producers and see if you can persuae them to give you some of their tunes or something so you can cut a dub yourself

there are loads, sounds of the universe, chemical records, BM records, uptown

but the closest you will get to dubs from them will be white labels (promos essentially) - dubs you will have to cut yourself (for quite a lot of money - 40 quid ish) from music you get directly from the producer, otherwise you'll have to wait on the full release/white labels like the rest of us

although consider looking through the dubs section on this forum - loads of talent on there offering up tunes for free, however if you do cut a dub off them/use them in a mix ask first, polite innit
