Rewire
Anyone Help much appreciated...
When creating a track in logic to rewire into, how do you get a stereo track- at the minute i just go 'create new track' having the 'no input' track highlighted then assign it to rewire, but it's only mono. i've been vexed with this one for time and need to get it sorted
Cheers

I don't rewire, but here's an idia. Add another track and do the same as you did with the first on and pan them both to the lift and right. Or maybe try hittting the button at the bottom which allows you to select wether it's mono/ stereo or left/right

theres a circle at the bottom of each fader, click it and it will become 2 interleaved circles which = stereo track
on a different tip... can you rewire logic through pro tools? i have v7 of both apps. and would really like to mix down in a studio that only uses PT. can i rewire, or do i have to bounce every track. or will freezing allow me to do this? help?? anyone?

yes rewireing reason is def possible, the easiest way is when you start a new session select the rewire template then in reason route the outputs of each channel directly into the hardware interface. select the corresponding inputs on logic faders. you may have to pan odd/even. hit me on aim if you got logic questions ac. i think slaving logic to pro tools is only possible in os 9 (V 5) thanks apple :/ac23 wrote:I need to rewire Reason 3 into Logic Exp 7
