why what boomnoise ?
Just curious on how rates compare the world over in the states or eastern europe. I'm not interested in hearing from dj's on what they actually get paid, just ballpark figures for some of the UK superclubs and dubstep nights maybe festivals like glade or glasto or the average pub/club dj doing a residency.
I mean sure no one is in the tiesto or carl cox bracket and the title of this thread is more of a seduction thing to entice the unwary lurker
Was also wondering if it's a viable option for a journeyman DJ looking to get around the world on the back of a few gigs here and there.

And just what the fuck is that supposed to mean ? Mods or admin shouldn't have an opinion unless it's qualified. IMHOseckle wrote:ugly.
Playing for free and getting charged for drinks ? if you gonna do that you should get a cut of the bar for the time you playing which should pay for at least a couple beers.
I barely get to play out haha and the bars here in this town are assholes, most ive ever been paid for a show was $50, no free drinks, or like 2, $1 pbr. i dont mind though, gets me out of the house lol
