My first post here on dubstepforum.com, been a reader for something like 2 weeks now and enjoying the board

.
I've recently started trying to produce some beats and gave a go on dubstep :d.
Also I've always though human criticism is the best way to learn something so why not try it here.
Finally got something which i quite like but i'm not fully sure about it. Would like some criticism on this intro part of a song. (haven't started on the middle part yet)
oh yeah the link:

i'd say create a faster pace with more hi hats, like layer in some short cut hats, make a lively pattern and put some swing on them.
maybe up the tempo of the actual tune? what tempo is it? im bad at guessing the bpm of half beat tunes...
i know its only the intro but the bass could be playing a lot more of the time. maybe take the melody from the lead and just play it through your bass instrument, or see if you can achieve a combination of the lead and bass sound in one synth.
basically what im saying is MORE BASS.
