I searched but didn't find a discussion on this yet.
I LOVE dancing to Dubstep and have noticed other people do too, its hard to describe but I do notice doing some moves consistently. I've breakdanced in the past and incorporate some uprocking sometimes but I've heard several times that people call it 'skanking' (a term coined from the dancing to ska yah) What you all think of all this?
Bassnectar wrote a lengthy response in a forum recently to dubstep and wrote a very pithy description of the kind of dancing that goes on imo.
FOLKS>>>>>> IT PRODUCES ONE OF THE MOST FUNNEST EVER DANCES KNOWN TO HUMANKIND.... an almost sideways undulation of insane bouncing, and spring-board hopping, an exultory jiggle, THE BEST HANDSWAT EVER, and a pulse that pounds with abandon and DOUBLE TIME ENERGY

i wasn't thinking slags trying to be centre of attention, it's just that some people dance sexily whether you like it or not. seems crazy to say there's anything wrong with that. there's more than one way to move to the sound

I really liked dubstep for years, but it was only after I got to dance to it I fell head over heels with it. Connecting with the bass through my body ...
HO-LEE FUCK.
I love thrashing my body around. Dancing to dubstep is so much fun. My friends who are dnb heads don't understand how one can dance to dubstep, but it's because they haven't given it a chance.
Dubstep is pure dance music. I wake up every morning, put on Lilyliver and dance around my house before going to work.
