Aquatic Lab’s second instalment features the original dark breakbeat garage pioneer Zed Bias. A legendary figure, he is credited for laying the foundations of the dubstep sound.

For LAB002 Zed Bias deploys two clean cuts of the 2-Step/Dubstep variation.

Firstly, Solitary Drop - a high grade drum rollout session equipped for the summer dance - featuring the combined production talents of Joshua Black.

On the flip - Colditz - The big bass drum steppa of 2008 with a bassline designed for maximum sound system annihilation.

Solitary Drop was played on Mary Anns Show last night and both sides of the 12 are getting support from a number of high profile DJs.
