Med School is always first with new music and yet another exciting talent has emerged from the ranks. This time it's the turn of London-based production genius Randomer to push things forward with some half-tempo wizardry that straddles the boundary between dubstep and d&b. Randomer's first solo d&b 12" follows an appearance on the "New Blood" EP released on Med School earlier this year and two 12"s on dubstep imprint Audiofreaks.

"Blind" kicks off in widescreen with an ominous choir and a colossal sense of space before blasting into a punishing dancefloor workout with pitched-up vocal chops and savage beats. Look out for high production values; this is hybrid music at its very best. Flipside "Jobless" is a grimier affair with fierce pitch-bending synths and well placed finger clicks that lift you out of the chaos before plunging you back in. This track is characterised by frantic percussion and drum fills which would make Phil Collins blush.

These tracks have already received across the board support from the likes of Fabio, Nerm, Danny Byrd, Warm Communications, Unknown Error, LAOS, Muffler, CLS, London Elektricity, State of Mind and Blu Mar Ten. If you like hybrid music, this is for you!

Thanks for the support!! Work on the Martsman LP is ongoing and it's a little way off yet, but there will be more from him very soon... keep it locked to the Med School surgery for all the info
