Intro was aiight, bit monotomous and left alot to the drop. The first drop i didn't like, 2nd one i did minus the vocal sample, third one is sick, i mean the tune is very interesting, different edits and i like the breakdowns with brass hits and thats where the vocal sample sounds right. Its a good tune, its just the intro and first drop that aren't to my taste, but from third drop onwards the tune is heavy. :D

The opening bits got a nice garage shuffle underneath it all, then it's all pipe-bangin and stoner rock, which at least makes a change from doom metal. The bird singing sounds like she's doing a mugging or wanting her insulin urgently rather than sounding saucy. Should do well in the moshpit.

Not sure if this is a criticism. Doubt it helps either way.

Out of interest I pitched it up an octave and it sounds like Helmet playing garage (sort of). Don't know why nobody dint fink of it before.
Hmm....

Cheers guys. I was't that happy with a lot of it. I'm doing a re-edit soon, well now. The intro's waste. It was doin my head in. You all confirmed what i thought. I just needed some fresh ears. What i usuelly do is leave a track for a number of days, then come back to it. Any thing not quite right stands out clearly. I didn't bother this time. As for the girl sample it's actuelly Diana Ross.
Shonky, when you say garage do you mean ukg or garage rock. What ever. interesting concept though. I didn't get the rock thing atall.I think i better have a listen agian as i clearly dodn't know my own tracks. :o

I was actually talking UKG - got that little shimmy ting gwan ahn. I actually like the intro, but hey. I think a lot of dubsteps got rockin riffs underneath it, just that folks are in rawk denial - probably the dnb influenced end more.

Helmet rock by the way.
Hmm....
