Arseholes At Work

Post by three2do1 » Thu Oct 16, 2008 10:50 pm

Is there any need for these people? I'm not talking about jobsworths or even lazy people, I'm on about those people who seem to go out of their way to make people hate them...

They book all their leave 3 years in advance so when you go to look for some there its all booked up on the days you want.

Then they go off sick on the days they booked their holidays on and therefore are awarded all their days leave back.

They are usually Union reps and know a million and one ways of passing the buck/avoiding work

They seem to actively seek out ways of avoiding doing their job in ways that make you think it would be less effort to just get on and fucking DO IT!!

I work in the NHS and am sure many other people in this sector have similar experiences. Anyone?

Yes - I know all about this...there is an entire spectrum of these sorts...

I will get bent out of shape talking about it though - is frustrating..
