Ebay is the place to go if youre looking for bargains though. If youre patient you could pick up a decent sized grow tent for 60/70 quid. And obviously depending on what type of lights youre after, you could probably sort yourself out with a decent set of lights (veg/flowering) for about the same amount (CFL's anyway, dont know about HID/HPS. Seem to cost a bit more but I think are meant to be better in the long run if you have a complete set up, extractor fans and the like)

If youre just after a complete set up in one however, id be surprised if you got anything particularly great for less than 250 on ebay, or 300/350 from a store. Bit of an investment, but if youre going to be fully commited will be worth it in the long run
