this is such a tune. i was actually listening to the aug 05 mix today for the first time in a while. i really like the style of his production from that period. really melodic, really interested in mid-bass (90-120 hz area) in a way that makes the tunes accessible to novice bassheads with average systems and people more familiar with hiphop and house.
those were interesting times for the sound...that mix creates an incredible headspace and the warrior queen vocal is the hook that drags you in.

Cos that August 05 mix was one of the first things I heard and that tune was the one that really stood out the first few times and kept me listening and exploring other things like Youngsta's Allstars 2Tsunami wrote:any reasons why?Badga Tek wrote:I can honestly say that the Skream remix of this tune pretty much got me into dubstep. Its a lot. Big shame it never got released.
