Something greasy. I don't do pig so English Breakfasts have never been an option, but a 1/4 pounder meal with free student cheeseburger has always done me well. In fact, it's fucking awesome.

And a big pint glass of coke WITH ice. It's necessary.

When I was doing labouring, I found that an hour of lugging rubble up and down stairs was quite a good way to get over a hang over.

Simple. Always worked for me. Just drink bare water before you go to bed, next day and you will be much much better. Most of a hangover is dehydration and toxins. Drink bare water and it will help flush em out quicker.

Ibuprofen into spliff then beer to settle the stomach then bacon and egg sarnie then spliff usually does the job for me

Being well hydrated before you sleep or just greasy food, a nice shower/bath, 'nd just sitting in front of the telebox watching Cartoon Network..

Works for me.

not drinking the night before is the only guaranteed cure for a hangover as far as i know

Water the night before.
If that fails, Fry up and Lucozade.
