Haha, mate, I don't think Caspa, or any other producer would appreciate you giving away their entire tunes online.

I would remove that link before people starting getting pissed off with you, then google a free program called Audacity, download it, and use it cut out the section of the tune you are asking about and upload that instead.

here is a shot in the dark,.....

but it sounds to me like jus some live soundclash chat from god knows where, i cant even really i.d. the voice of the artist and there is nothing too tell tell in the background noises to pinpoint which soundclash. try search some old reggae/dancehall forums or archival site for soundclash live recordings there are ah shit ton of em out there, but plenty of good shtuff to sample

You can hear a bit of feedback in the sample so yeah I'd say it's off some live event.
