wow, I'm like dumb or something. I have 2 number 14's in the tl. it's on the text list, just not on the damn graffix. HAH.

I can bullshit and say it's like that character in that william gibson novel that lives in the subway station and makes these incredibly prized miniature sculptures. he always left one flaw in every piece, as a kind of contrast with the preciseness of anything else, to emphasize it even. but that would be a lie, I just had a brain fart.
