Hendrix dubstep remix sees vinyl
what are people's thoughts on this?

i don't want to start a pointlessly negative thread, i just feel that some artists shouldn't be remixed unless you're really going to bring the goods.
its simple i know - don't buy the vinyl if you don't like it. people have been doing terrible remixes since day 1.
i'm just wondering if anyone else thinks this is TRAGIC

I generally dont like to Poo Poo People's effort But I'd have to agree. Definately not my 'Bag'
TBF The 'Out Of Here' remix may have had potential, but both sound like the generic Dubstep that has become the Norm...
Nothing Special.

Just because something is on vinyl doesn't mean its signed or anything. Just means the guy has got a few hundred quid to push out a tune.... It's nothing deep.BrokenNo!ze wrote:What a load of shit, it sounds worse than a quiet night in watching Graham Norton Specials and eating KFC with your best friends Mormon mother.
Now he's got one release I'm sure he'll soon get more, this is what annoys me I've heard bare tunes by people who havent been heard by locals in there town let alone record companys and generally they smash it more than alot of signed shit does these days, whilst an awfull remix see's wax..
Just sounds like Hendrix's track got sent to the channel which had D-blue Glitch plugin assigned to it.

I think the Champion remix is alright: I wouldn't buy it myself, but I really wouldn't be surprised to hear it played out, and I doubt the dj would get booed off stage. In fact, I reckon some people would go nuts, shout "SIK, BRUV!" and spill their beer everywhere while they skank like an ape.
The Hendrix bootleg is not as good, mind...
