haa, u know it. sales on today also!! im now glad that i left my xmas shopping till today but will probs just rinse out the cheap shizzle for myself as well so no real savings will be made :P

theyve got loads of dvds on 'clearance' for like 4 to 7 quid, some really good ones too!

im so glad i had all my shopping today :D

but that means the only other highstreet alternative is hmv, theyre so expensive!

dvd's are so cheap anyway, the other day i bought this is england and last king of scotland (both awesome) for 3 quid each or something?!

this is not true of any stores in the southern region....

none of you actually know anything and the company is not set to go bust for definite....we took 100,000 in 1 day which is a first for the croydon store...we personally are doing well....these kinds of discussions involving hearsay and unqualified information does a lot of harm and could prevent a buyer from stepping in....

i am a manager in the croydon store and should i lose this job and not be able to find another i will have to stop doing my events...therefore less money going into dubstep...

i do find peoples attitude remarkable to others misfortune within the economic downturn....we're all fucked including you unless your job completely cocoons you from the economy...

Did anyone laugh at the prospect of you losing your job out of curiosity? There's an explanatory gap somewhere in your post. Naturally people are going to pick up bargains if possible with the current state of the economy, a vicious circle huh?
