to get a rusko style bass line, use several oscillators (3 at the minimum), one as a pure sine for sub, then the rest saws (could throw in a few squares for a harsher sound) , have the oscillators all doing the same thing e.g. same speed wobble for all of them, and set each one at a different octave or pitch. One high, one or two mid and a sub is what i find works, it's all just a case of experimenting really.
