実験的かつ先鋭的なDUB TUNEをリリースし続けるフランスのレーベル「F4TMusic」の主催者であるDubstepプロデューサー兼DJ「m3t4(メタ)」を筆頭に、昨年末、サイケアウツGや土俵オリジンのRemixなどを織り交ぜたアルバム「HAMMER 1988」をリリースしたAXのインダストリアル BASS LIVEほか、曲者DJたちが集結する！
