PROTO-GRIME, SUBLO, ESKIBEAT >> FULLZ <<

Post by fullyrecordingz » Thu Feb 05, 2009 7:50 pm

This is a solid little Grime skankerz. No cheap frills or effects. Skeleton-like structure, straight down to buisness.
I've tried to keep it interesting using just the core elements, rather than layering in new subdivisions every other bar.
If you appreciate the aesthetic of what Grime producers were doing 5 or 6 years ago, or just enjoy experimentation, as I do, you'll love this. I hope.

Tune is called PENDING http://www.zshare.net/audio/5515965909dbd5ce/
Enjoy,

Fullz

Monotone? I'd call it dual-tone, at least.

Yes.. the one note bassline.. two-tone melody.. kick, clap clap-clap clap shit!

Ever heard tunes like DJ Modie - Straight
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X2hPTTrw ... re=related
OR Dizzee Rascals - Hoe
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fNeHmEPD8lE

I do deep, I have tunes uploaded on this forum that are deep, but it's that disjointed, off-key shit that gets live with an MC on top.

let's see what others have to say..

I knew one or two heads would clock on. That put a smile on my face. :Z:

I even love it when ppl r like 'WTF?', coz that was my response, back in the day, when I first heard Terrah Danjah, Big E.D, DPM and Andy Havok.

I have loads like this and better, I'll leak em out over the weeks, I think
