Someone has put something too heavy on my Remote Zero SL and now three pots and two pads are broken and send random midi messages continously and stuff so my control surface its pretty much out of order.
I need to service it, anyone had experiences with Novation gear getting repaired? How much did it cost?
Did ever someone got their Novation gear serviced?

Had some experience with the Focusrite (Novation's "mother" company) service department and although the service was excellent the price was quite steep . Parts are definitely cheaper for Novation gear compared to the ones for Focusrite gear tho. Good luck anyways.
The only way to make a musical moment last forever is to pass it through a delay with the feedback control set to maximum and let it play on and on to infinity. This is also the best way to burn your speakers and the moment won't stay musical for long ...
