I used to have msn on my web computer but it seemed to slow it down. It was fine after i uninstalled it. Is aim any better?

it's faster for file transfers and doesn't have all the silly un-needed shit that MSN does.

yeah msn is troublesome and taxes hardcore on older computers. aim works better but not having so many add ons etc. file transfer seems to be the best as well. if you want a faster way to chat check out skype.

File transfers rarely work for me. I don't know what the fuck, I have a port opened in my firewall for it and everything. Not sure what else I can do. I have tried 4 different programs and I have the same issues. I am really digging Digsby at the moment. You can sign in to your gmail, myspace, facebook, twitter, etc along with aim, msn, yahoo, etc. Pretty handy to have all that in one app.

Me and Misk had this problem sending shit to eachother but suddenly today, it worked

I get that same shit. I always have problems sending or receiving stuff from Claw. But sometimes it goes. I always tell him it's a mac vs pc thing heh but one of my other friends is on a mac and we always seem to be able to connect. It is a mystery to me tbh.

I thought that mac vs pc thing but me an widdler transfer fine, same with yong.. Odd that one, mystery to me too! Luckily hardly anyone has 56k internet anymore so uploading isn't a big trouble.
